The first round Cavaliers-Pacers series came down to a final game 7, and King James himself decided to make sure this one was over, as he scored 45pts, dished out 7asts, and grabbed 9rebs, to lead his team to a 105-101 victory against the Pacers. Lebron and the Cavs play the Toronto Raptors in the second round.
